Important: Application for Consent Order Forms Updated
The Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia Court has updated the Application for Consent Order form. After 1 February 2026, earlier versions will no longer be accepted.
All Applications created in amica after 1 February 2026 will automatically be updated for filing. You will be contacted if you are in the process of completing an application with instructions detailing the process required to update your document version.
Please contact amica@lsc.sa.gov.au if you require an updated version of your application.
